1) What exactly do you do and who is it for?

We plan and execute strategy, content, paid social, and events for cafés, restaurants, lounges, retailers, venues, and indipendant events. Typical wins: launch/opening nights, steady footfall, catering orders, and repeat bookings. We’re Nottingham-based and work across the UK (remote + on-site shoots).

2) How do packages and pricing work?

We keep it modular. Common starting points:

.Content Lite: 1 Reel/week + a few posts (best for new cafés/bakeries)
.Pro: more Reels, photo sets, ads management, monthly report
.Events: Activation Sprints or Signature Nights with 72-hour performance reports.
Ad spend is separate (for local pushes we suggest £75–£300/mo to start).

3) What’s the process and timeline?

Discovery → plan → shoot/edit/plan → publish/launch → measure.

4) Who owns the content? Can we use it in ads?

You get a perpetual license for your own channels (social, website, in-store). If you’d like paid ads usage or to share with partners/delivery platforms, we’ll add that to the license, easy. All final files are delivered in a shared folder (9:16 Reels, square/portrait posts, and selected photos).

5) Do you organise events as well as content? What does that include?

Yes. We run Activation Sprints (one-off nights) and Signature Events (bigger productions). Scope can include concept/theme, run-sheet, staff brief, on-site coordination, creator invites, promo assets (poster/stories/Reels), and a 72-hour performance report with headcount, redemptions, and next steps.

6) Our budget is small, can we still start?

Yes. We often begin with a lean content cadence (e.g., 1 Reel/week + a few posts) or a single Activation Sprint with a small ad test (£75–£150). Once we see what converts (cakes, catering, signature nights), we scale the pieces that deliver the best ROI. Similarly with events, we will be able to cut costs in multiple aspects of the process to meet your needs.
