We reframed Layali as the go-to for large Middle Eastern catering and built a campaign to match. The plan combined geo-targeted social ads, proof-led Reels, and community touchpoints (student groups, local organisers) to reach hosts planning weddings, gatherings, funerals, and corporate meals. We mapped the journey from first view to enquiry—IG/TikTok → WhatsApp/form—so every asset pulled audiences toward a quote.
We redesigned Layali’s dine-in menu to spotlight its Khaleeji soul—think Machboos/Kabsa, Mandi lamb, grilled flavours, etc. Framed in a clear flow (starters, mains, sharing, sides, desserts, drinks) that makes ordering effortless. Each hero dish includes a flavour cue, with portion guidance, spice markers, and allergen icons for clarity. Names appear in English, and polished photography ties it all together across print. The result: a menu that explains, excites, and celebrates Layali’s unique Arabic/Khaleeji identity.
Our goal was to build a proof-led content journey that looked irresistible and made catering enquiries effortless—from DM to quote.
Sensory edits (steam lifts, garnish rain) built save-worthy moments; paid reach turned them into qualified enquiries. We layered:
The audience widened beyond regulars to Middle Eastern food lovers across the city. Enquiries increased, menu clarity reduced friction, and the mandi showcase became a repeatable magnet for big orders. Instead of one viral post, Layali now has a structured, marketing-led funnel for large catering—built to run whenever demand matters most.
By shaping a clear, memorable catering brand, with a whole new Arabic menu, we increased trust, repeat orders, and Layali’s presence in the local Arabic community.
Furthermore, our targeted content got a wide range of attention amongst the Middle-Eastern community and the repeat customers kept of increasing drastically.
